Biosecurity can be overwhelming.

Especially if you don’t know where to start.

Companies invite us to help them identify how UVC can be used as a strategic tool in their hygiene strategy. Our work typically begins with a walkthrough of the facilities. Together, we map critical zones and create a prioritized plan of where UVC can strengthen hygiene levels. UVC is not a quick fix but a part of the strategy.

We often find that the most hygiene‑challenging zones are the areas where people are involved. Human movement, routines, and habits make these spaces harder to keep consistently clean. In these cases, UVC is rarely the only solution. UVC becomes one component in a broader effort to adjust procedures and strengthen everyday practices.

Sometimes the improvement can be very simple. For example, installing a UVC box at the entre point to the production allows tools, phones, laptops and other equipment to be disinfected while personnel wash their hands or change footwear. In many facilities, these everyday items are left near the sink and afterwards transported into the production without receiving any hygiene treatment at all.

UVC can also be used in rooms overnight after cleaning, ensuring the room stays clean and contamination free until use. In some environments, short UVC cycles during the day can help keep contamination levels continuously low.

Another effective application is installing UVC around evaporators or ventilation units. These systems circulate air throughout the facility and can unintentionally spread pathogens. UVC helps reduce this risk by lowering the microbial load in the airflow.

The best results are shown when UVC is used strategically.
