The result is reduced biofilm and fewer deposits, which extend cleaning intervals and ensures more reliable and hygienic operation.
The solution is typically mounted vertically from the top of the tank, with optimal placement between the center and the tank wall. It has a range of approximately 1 meter in air.
BuildIn-C for tank solutions is available in several versions (14W, 48W, and 90W – single or twin). Acid-resistant materials can be selected for demanding environments, and shatter-protected quartz glass is standard in feed applications.
BuildIn-C Hygiene
BuildIn-C Hygiene is a dedicated version for applications with high requirements for safety and documentation, including food and feed production.
This version is approved for food contact and is equipped with shatter-protected quartz glass with a UVC-transparent coating, to minimise the risk of contamination in case the glass breaks.
