Disinfection of rooms

When disinfecting entire rooms, it is important to disinfect both surfaces and the air in the room. At NATDIS, we use a combination of UVC-light and air filtration to ensure a high level of hygiene throughout the space.

Disinfection of air in whole rooms

Whole-room disinfection is particularly relevant when working with sensitive production, which can be contaminated by external  bacteria and viruses. Here it is extremely important to include air disinfection to prevent microorganisms from spreading through the air, contaminating production.

How do we disinfect air in a room?

At NATDIS, we offer several solutions for air disinfection. If you already have a ventilation system, you can choose our built-in UVC system. A built-in installation ensures proper shielding from UVC light and provides high efficiency – either for incoming air or during air circulation.

If you are looking for a completely new solution you can choose our ND Air active, which filters the air in all types of rooms through an advanced 3-layer filtration system which sends the air through a carbon filter, Hepa filter and finally through the unique titanium pro filter which also removes unpleasant odours.

When you work with NATDIS, we always find a solution customised to meet your company’s specific needs.

Surface disinfection in whole rooms

When a lot of people touch the same surfaces many times during the day, there is a high risk of spreading bacteria and viruses if a proper hygiene process is not in place. Cleaning alone will not provide the same result, as cleaning that is not followed by disinfection may simply just move bacteria around. If you choose UVC surface disinfection, bacteria will be eliminated and the risk of transmission via contact points will be reduced.

At NATDIS we are experts in using UVC-light for disinfection. UVC light has a special wavelength that makes it possible to target the tiny microorganisms hiding on surfaces. This means we can disinfect all surfaces from all angles so no bacteria and viruses are left behind.

How do we disinfect surfaces in a room?

We offer different solutions for surface disinfection. All our solutions use specially designed lamps that can be adapted to your company’s specific needs.

If you need to bring new objects into a high-hygiene-level room, it is a good idea to disinfect their surfaces before entering. Our CleanAccess sluice is ideal for this purpose. By placing the item in the CleanAccess sluice, the surface of the item is disinfected before entering the room and bacteria, viruses and fungi is deactivated. CleanAccess can handle everything from small packages to big bags, containers and goods on pallets.

If you need to disinfect surfaces that are already in the room, you can use our  UVC-lamp which illuminates the room and surfaces for disinfection. ND 90 is a dual solution as it disinfects both  surfaces and air passing through the room. It is a powerful lamp and can only be used when the room is unoccupied. ND 90 can also be installed in production area, packaging or bottling lines, when it is shielded from the surroundings.

  • Sluice rooms or access sluices
  • Clinics
  • Storage rooms
  • Cleanrooms and laboratories
