Hygiene solutions with an environmental focus

At Natdis, we continuously work to reduce our environmental impact. Our UVC technology disinfects without the use of chemicals and thereby reduces the need for chemical cleaning agents that can harm the environment.

Natdis is certified according to ISO 14001, the international standard for environmental management.

This certification means we work systematically to identify and minimise environmental impacts. It also means we continuously improve our processes to reduce resource consumption and waste, in compliance with current legislation and international standards. We set clear goals to strengthen our environmental performance.

Specific goals:

Phase-out of mercury:
We aim to phase out mercury in our new products by 2027 by increasing the use of LED light sources and optimising the technology in our products.

Waste reduction:
We have set a goal to reduce waste volumes by 25% by the end of 2026. We analyse waste and seek solutions where materials can be recycled or reused as resources elsewhere.

When we work with hygiene system solutions on a daily basis, we always focus on finding the most effective and safe solution with minimal environmental impact — whether for industry, agriculture, or private use. All our solutions are based on UVC light: contact-free and natural disinfection.
