LED-C

LED-C is a series of compact and effective UVC LED units for surface disinfection. The solution is developed for environments with high hygiene requirements, where stable, uniform, and chemical-free disinfection is essential. The series can be used in everything from fixed wall and ceiling installations to flow-through and tunnel systems. LED‑C combines high operational reliability with flexible application and is ideal for automated disinfection in controlled and hygiene-critical environments.


What is UVC LED technology?

UVC LED represents the next generation of UVC disinfection technology. Our UVC LED systems emit light at the absolute peak of 265 nm, where DNA absorption is at its maximum. This results in a very high inactivation rate of bacteria, viruses, and other microorganisms.

The technology is far more advanced than traditional LED types and places high demands on materials and precision. With LED technology, it is possible to develop compact and reliable solutions for demanding environments.

UVC LED offers a number of advantages:

  • Instant on/off – no warm-up time
  • Precise light field and reduced need for shielding
  • Long lifetime and high operational reliability
  • No use of mercury
  • Controlled heat dissipation and managed cooling (rear-directed)
  • Possibility for precise control and automation

LED-C 20

LED-C 20 is the first product in the LED-C series and is developed for efficient disinfection of exposed surfaces in areas with high hygiene requirements. The unit is mounted flush with the wall or ceiling and is ideal for installation in environments with limited space and requirements for smooth, easy-to-clean surfaces.

The flush and enclosed construction makes the system particularly suitable for controlled zones, where hygiene and ease of cleaning are prioritized.
