Food production requires high standards of hygiene, particularly in areas with high humidity, temperature fluctuations, and a risk of microbial growth. At Hanegal, this applies around ovens, in cooling rooms for hot products, and in packaging areas where products are handled directly.

A tailored UVC solution

To minimize the risk of unwanted microbial growth, Hanegal has installed Lamp‑C 105 Grid units in selected production zones:

  • Areas around ovens with high humidity
  • Cooling rooms for hot products
  • Packaging areas

The units are mounted on the ceiling and operated when rooms are unoccupied, ensuring effective disinfection without disrupting daily operations.

Lamp‑C 105 Grid features a UVC lamp protected by a robust grid and quartz glass with a Teflon coating. This ensures both operational reliability and easy cleaning—even in wet and demanding environments.

The Lamp‑C 105 series is particularly well suited for this type of setting, as it:

  • Disinfects both air and surfaces
  • Can be mounted flexibly on walls or ceilings
  • Is designed for demanding industrial and cooling environments
  • Enables disinfection without the use of chemicals
