This is how we work with ESG

We work with ESG (Environment, Social and Governance) because we believe that we only have this one earth, and we must minimize our impact to secure the future for all the children of the earth. We do this through our Sustainable Development Goals, including responsible use of raw materials, responsibly limiting water and energy use, and reducing chemical exposure.

ESG is about the Environment, Social and Governance efforts

And we work purposefully with our sustainable efforts and documentation of these focus areas.

NATDIS was founded in 2011 as a reflection on the use of chemicals for disinfection. The DNA behind NATDIS is to find and develop techniques that help reduce the use of chemicals for disinfection without compromising hygiene standards.

It is our goal to grow as an environmental, social and governance (ESG) company.

This has to be a never-ending process, and we aim to reduce our footprint on earth with every decision made in our product chain and product development.

Through our development as a company, our knowledge and financial foundation grows, and the opportunity to act responsibly comes with it. We will use this development to focus on:

  • Environmental
    • To commit to reducing the direct impact on the environment by actively managing our waste, emissions and energy consumption.
  • Social
    • To treat all colleagues, partners, suppliers, people in general, fairly, equally and actively encourage them to apply these principles as well. At NATDIS, we seek to create an environment that enables people in rehabilitation to work with us.
  • Health and Safety
    • We want to have a professional workplace with a focus on health and safety.
    • We seek to develop hygiene systems to improve the lives of workers in general in industry, in the office or anywhere else where health and hygiene are important.
  • Society
    • We seek to develop systems that suit the less fortunate people in the world, and we encourage our employees and partners to help sponsor these people.
  • Forms of government
    • Management is responsible for setting the company’s goals to the highest standard in terms of responsibility to suppliers, customers, employees, nature and the impact of our actions on these.
  • Ethics
    • We are responsible for the impact we leave on other people and nature; We distance ourselves from all bribery and corruption and will not tolerate this among suppliers, customers and employees.
  • Customers
    • We seek to be the preferred supplier through our product and service. We will work hard and honestly to be a valuable partner for all our customers.
  • Vendors
    • Suppliers are the foundation of our business, so we seek an open and honest long-term relationship with all our suppliers, at the same level as we seek cooperation with our customers.

Through this, we are focused on allocating resources to evaluate and reduce the environmental impact of our company and products over time. It is part of our DNA to never stop this development, as technology opens new doors.
